RETURN POLICY

Return Policy
Any return without RMA number will not be accepted.
Returned amounts will be refunded back to original payment method.
You can place a request for retrun only once for each order.
If you received any defected products or the incorrect shipment of products, please return back to us. (Please contact us for more detailed assist after print the RMA invoice.) If you are returning your order without the cause of defect or incorrect shipment, you will also be responsible for the return shipping cost.
When sending back a return package to us, please include the RMA invoice in the return box.
Without an RMA invoice, the return process may be delayed or rejected to be processed.
* All returns must be requested within 14 days from shipping date.
* Return amount can be adjusted while return processing team checking returned products depends on product condition and return reason.

How to Return
Step 1, Go to My Account > Order History.
Step 2, Click an 'ORDER #' which product(s) to be returned.
Step 3, Check the return check box on each product you want to return.
          (You can reuqest a return only once for an order.)
Step 4, Click [ RETURN CHECKED ITEMS ] to request return.
Step 5, Select each products' return quantity and return reason for each returning product.
          (if the reason(s) remains unselected, it will be assumed that you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.)
Step 6, Click Return Products button to submit return request (Issue RMA Number).
Step 7, Print RMA Invoice from Return History.
Step 8, Package the items and the RMA Invoice a box and ship return package via lowest cost shipping service with tracking number to
          * Return shipping cost will be reimbursed if you return for defective or wrong item received.
          * Return shipping cost reimbursement will not exceed original order shipping fee.
